On the other hand, you can bet that most of the users will download and install the Mozilla 0.9.9 from cooker as soon as they become available, so you can save them work and include it right away as well... Just for the 992 resolved (as fixed) bugs in this milestone, of which 24 are marked as blockers, 110 critical and 122 major bugs. I would advise you to invest a day or two and really include the new milestone, providing that there are no showstoppers (but since the whole tree is under driver supervision, and moreover this is an "odd" milestone historically being the better ones, I would expect it can be OK).
