I agree.
I believe Laurent Montel said that kde3-rcx will not be on the contrib cd.
It will be released as kde3-final for mdk 8.2 when it is final.

It would be a good idea to ship cd's with kde3-final through MandrakeStore.
A lot of people are indeed behind 56k lines, which is not fun for downloading kde3.
