devfs does not matter.

Sometimes wrong size information is returned by IDE CD (I do not have
SCSI). I cannot say what exact conditions are but it seems that CDs
written from image in DAO mode do not have this problem; CDs written in
normal mode do. Printed CDs do not have this problem at all.

In all cases size difference is appr. 30 blocks (2048); you get an error
when you try to read past real length.

What's worse, attempt to do it on ide-scsi totally hangs my system :(
