--blank, --do-nothing, or --whatever, --dry-run is the rsync option.

I'd prefer to have complete result presented at once:
- the following are to be installed: foo, bar, etc..
- the following are to be removed: foo, bar, etc..

But my point was why have two different tools here, if urpmq should exaclty 
mimic urpmi except actual rpm installation ?
