Or why not just do something like what sendmail does for mailque?  Just
make urpmq a symlink to urpmi and have urpmi check $0 to see if it was
run as urpmq.  If so just assume a parameter like --dry-run was passed.
Then you've only got one tool to test but people who are familiar with
urpmq still have it.
