The license should be ok, it grants rights to redistribute unmodified and modified sources and binaries, provided that the copyright is included in the package. IANAL but you can check it for yourself at

I suspect the problem is the (possibly painful) integration of cyrus sasl v2 (and I didn't fix rpmlint warnings for that one ;-).
Or maybe because until the last release I didn't care too much about rpmlint (never received any complaint about it though).
