I never figured out the interest of giving url for sources:
- it is not used by rpm
- it is not always possible to specify such an url (mirrors, dynamic web 
pages, etc...)
- there is a dedicated rpm tag for specifying software home page
- and as mdk policy make us change the file name anyway...
