We don't even need that, we have CVS, which would be much more flexible,
but this would rely on the original source URLs working. I have a
semi-proof-of-concept in bash, it still needs some work on the cvs and
the source downloading side which I haven't bothered with, maybe I
should work around the rpm bug.
