Heck, this is my position exactly. If we know that the 650 MB CDs 
are even slightly more reliable than 700 MB size, then the <150 MB 
of package redistribution that needs to be done is probably 
trivial. Don't forget that the comparison level of damage can range 
from one whining newbie talking bad after Mandrake to ten people  
on a popular msg board with tens of thousands of curious followers.
