Well I sure hope there will be a port to x86-64. It doesn't have to be 9.1 as the CPU will not be so widely spread when 9.1 comes out. But for 9.2 there should definitely be port for Athlon 64 / Opteron CPUs. A lot of servers will be using this CPU and also a lot of desktops sice Athlon 64 is a successor to Athlon XP which is used by a lot of desktop users (all my PCs are using this for now).
