In the powerpack there are some dual sources/binary packages, moreover
some main packages are prensent on commercial CD to fullfill them, but
more or less 3 700 MB CDs are enough (boxed version are with 695 MB
CDs)

No. Each of them are different pack. 

however none of the package of the download or the standard are not
prensent in powerpack.

Standard contains mainly desktop/office/multimedia/games applications.

Download contains nearly everything except some big mandrake_doc files (the
drakxtools help subpackages are included though) and extra packages
such as devel or other big aspell dictionnaries.
