Install kdelibs with --nodeps and kdeutils, no other kde package, no
galaxy-kde. kcalc (and many other kde applications) will run just fine.
Since when libraries have to be configured? They are just a repository
of functions, aren't they?

That would be fine, although I would prefer this rpm tied to kdebase
than to kdelibs. If I write an app, I want it to be installable on a RH
machine, so I will avoid using Mandrake specific libs anyway.
