mozilla->preferences->appearance->themes->modern
I get the dialog saying to restart and nothing happens on restart.
For gtk themes, I might have got confused then... sorry for that.
btw, my prefs.js files contains the following line:
user_pref("general.skins.selectedSkin", "modern/1.0");
and no error is displayed when mozilla is started from console.

Two themes are listed modern and classic, however although the modern one can be
selected it does not work, even after restarting Mozilla. It returns to the
classic one, although it is listed as modern under preferences.
