Ok Frederic, I was able to replicate the bug when doing a clean install of 9.1
RC2, but with a home directory from 9.1 RC1. I will also attach an archive of
the .gconf directory before and after the installation of RC2.

Thanks and best wishes,
Damon

Hi,

When I logged into Gnome for the 1st time upon upgrading from 9.0 to 9.1 RC2,
the Gnome panel had nothing on it - no menu, nothing. Upon adding all the
relevant options, they functioned as expected.

Thanks and best wishes,
Damon
