I should have likely also mentioned that I am going to be adding taco seasoning to said ground beef.

I simply put the ground beef, after having broken it up some, in a pan which I sprayed with cooking spray, then place it on around medium heat. I stir around a bit, then try as best I can to turn it all over and do the same on
the other side, until the meat is slightly done to the touch.
