I should have likely also mentioned that I am going to be adding taco
seasoning to said ground beef.

I simply put the ground beef, after having broken it up some, in a pan
which
I sprayed with cooking spray, then place it on around medium heat. I
stir
around a bit, then try as best I can to turn it all over and do the same
on
the other side, until the meat is slightly done to the touch.

How is it done? Just put the beef in a pot or skillet, add a cup or 2 of
water and put it on high until it smells done?
Thanks in advance.
