Have done it that way, too, it works! Also, can put it into a plastic
collander and into a deep glass bowl and nuke it for about five minutes.

I simply put the ground beef, after having broken it up some, in a pan
which I sprayed with cooking spray, then place it on around medium heat.
I stir around a bit, then try as best I can to turn it all over and do
the same on the other side, until the meat is slightly done to the
touch.

How is it done? Just put the beef in a pot or skillet, add a cup or 2 of
water and put it on high until it smells done?
