My ex-husband has tried this recipe. In Fact, that's how we got
acquainted with Sandy, because he tried the recipe and liked it. It's a
good recipe and worth trying.

Pat in Pan Crust
1-1/2 cups unsifted flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons milk
Combine flour, sugar and salt. 
Add oil and milk, mix well. 
Pat into a 9 inch pie pan, fluting edges if you like. 
Fill. 
Follow pie recipe.
Unbaked shell, 425 degrees F. 10-12 minutes.
