Pie Crust

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
3 tbs. milk

In a bowl, combine flour with salt and sugar, add milk and oil and mix with a fork. The doug will form a ball, sort of, and you just put it into the bottom of a pie dish and keep pressing it all around until it covers the whole pie pan and up the sides. Use a fork to press the crust to the top edge of the pie pan and there you have it.

You can roll this out between two pieces of plastic wrap or waxed paper, whatever works for you. I like it because I don't end up with flour all over the place.
