When it comes to stuffing shells, wouldn't a pastry bag or cookie press do
the trick?

You want to make sure that the shells are cooled down before handling.
This
makes them a bit firmmer and less appt to rip. As far as manicotti
shells,
there is a device that you can use to stuff the cheese into it. it makes
it
much easier. Andy

When I try to stuff any shells they always rip.
My daughter loves stuffed shells that can be purchased in the
refrigerator case.
They are $5.00 a package.
What is the technique for doing these any of Manicotti or any others.
Is it cheaper to make your own?
Thanks.
