I have one crockette that is 1 and 1/2 quarts.

Also, you can cook the smaller recipes in a larger crockpot.  I have a 3 and 
1/2 quart that is fine to do this with.  You may have to adjust the cooking 
time, though.  You may just have to try it and wee.
