Ah, that's too bad. Maybe you should arrange to eat at a Cracker Barrel or
a local place that actually uses grated potatoes and serves them in a more
traditional way.
I like the McDonald's version, but those aren't hash browns, you know? You
eat real hash browns with a fork. <grin>
