I am going to try some real chicken wings next in my deep fryer. I have done the frozen buffalo wings in there and they were wonderful. Rival just replaced my deep fryer because the one I got for Christmas just suddenly had no power. I have used this new one twice now and it has worked just fine. I have the Rival Cool Touch and it is a very safe way for a blind person to do frying. Lora
