Hi all, Does anyone have suggestions for knowing when cookies are done? Even a burnt cookie feels soft at 400 degrees, so that is no indicator. I do not like any brown on cookies at all, but of course recipes cannot be that precise; most give you a range of time, but I find that cookies never stick to that schedule.
