Here is one that is about as near as the one I made. except I like more
chocolate taste and after adding the Nestle Quick chocolate mix, I would
sometimes add a couple of teaspoons of coco to it also. Katie
Hot dry Chocolate Mix
Nice dry mix to have ready throughout the winter months.
1 lb. Nestles Quick
1 Lb. Powdered Sugar
1 lb. Coffee Mate
1 Box Dry Milk that makes 8 quarts
Hot Water
Mini marshmallows
Mix all dry ingredients; sometimes we would add the mini-marshmallows to dry
mixture - but that's optional.
To make hot chocolate:
Fill cup or mug ? full with dry mixture; add hot water to fill remainder.
If you haven't added the mini-marshmallows to dry mixture; add them fresh.
I can't do it never yet accomplished anything.

When I was in homemaking in school, our teacher gave us a recipe for a
hot chocolate mix. It was a dry mix and you mixed with hot water just
like the commercial brands. I have lost it. Does anyone have one? It is a
