Shortbread 1 pound butter 1 cup sugar 4 cups flour
Cream butter and sugar; add flour, one cup at a time, beating after each addition. After adding the last of the flour, mix with hands to desired softness and shape into ball. Spread into greased and floured large broiling pan.
