I simply place the ball of dough in the center of the pan and flatten with
my hands, making sure that the dough is pulled into the corners and building
up the corners slightly.  Your fingers should leave enough of a pattern.
Don't worry, the cup of sugar in this recipe is quite enough!  This recipe
is wonderful with coffee and tea and even better with wine or champagne.
Have fun really getting your hands into this dough, work out all of your
frustrations and enjoy!
