Hi All, For those of you who are avid cookie makers and totally blind, please share your secrets for making great cookies that aren't burnt. I consider myself a good baker, but I do well with cakes, pies, etc; cookies just never seem to come out right for me. So, any tips you may have would be very much appreciated.
