Get a nice non coated very thick smooth Cookie sheet. Your troubles will be
over. Also always bake in the middle of the oven. I bake a lot of Cookies
for retail sail, and that is the most important thing in my case.

Subject: [CnD] Secrets to Cookie Baking for the Blind?
Hi All,
For those of you who are avid cookie makers and totally blind, please
share your secrets for making great cookies that aren't burnt.
I consider myself a good baker, but I do well with cakes, pies, etc;
cookies just never seem to come out right for me.
So, any tips you may have would be very much appreciated.
Merry Christmas!
Claudia
