Hi, I've cooked my roasts frozen. I cook it on low and I cook it all day. I
put it on in the morning and by suppertime it's done.

NEVER, i repeat NEVER cook a frozen piece of meat in a slow cooker. The
temperature of the cooker is not high enough to cook it quickly and you
could end up with nasty bacteria that yu can't taste, but will sure make
