Ricotta Pancakes 1 cup ricotta cheese 3 eggs 2 T oil 1/3 c flour 2 t honey 1/4 t salt butter for frying
Combine all ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth, about five min., scraping the sides of the jar as needed. Or sieve the cheese into a bowl.
