Hot Chocolate Mix
Great for giving as gifts...
***Notes: I use a 12 quart pot
as my bowl to mix up the ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 2 pound box instant chocolate mix, (Nestles is recommended by author)
12 and 1/2cups dry milk, (sometimes called powdered milk)
1 pound instant creamer
2cups powdered sugar
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients in the order given.
Gently stir together.
Use 1/8cup to 1/4cup of the mix with each cup of hot water or milk.
Keeps well. Makes about 80 servings.
