Hi, I can't agree with you more. When HERE's a breakfast idea. An English muffin with Southwest Eggsters and low fat cheese. Eggsters are just like egg beaters but come in a few different flavors. You could also add a slice of Canadian bacon.

Hi everyone:

So I ate way too much over the last few weeks, and I can't deny it was wonderful! But since I've been trying to eat healthier in general, I'm wondering if anyone can help. Main dishes, side dishes, even a healthier dessert. I know, a little vague, but if someone has something they really like feel free to send my way. Hope all of you are having a wonderful
holiday season, and happy new year everyone.

Joy and family
