Welcome to the list. My name is Becky, and I am from Georgia. I am also
totally blind except for light perception.
Sometimes, you can tell meat is done by the smell. When I brown hamburger
meat, for instance, I can smell it and tell when it is done or nearly so.
I'm sure others will be more helpful.
