Keep them in the refrigerator and they will be just fine.

refrigerator for about a week.  For longer storage, freeze for several
months.

I made a key lime pie using just egg yolks and I was wondering if anyone
knew how long you can keep egg whites. I was going to try and use them
tomorrow to make an omelette with another egg added to the whites. Do you
