[CnD] refreezing chicken legs, is it safe?

I bought a  pack of chicken drumsticks at the store. Today I unthawed them and 
baked  some, there were a lot so I just put what I didn't use in a freezer bag, 
and refroze.
some of them didn't even unthaw all the way. Is this ok? or should I toss the 
unused portion out.
