     The stores do it all the time with ribs, shrimp, etc.  I do it all the
time and as long as it remains cold or hasn't been out for a long time, it's
fine.  The meat is fine, and you can't tell the difference.  Refreezing
doesn't harm the food.  Only improper handling does.
