Thanks so much! The way I ended up doing it was this. I roasted some small potatoes called Fingerlings. I washed them, (about 2 pounds), and placed them in a gallon sized zip top freezer bag. I then added some Rosemary, minced Garlic, Salt and Pepper, and a little Olive Oil, closed up the bag, and kneaded, turned and shook the bag until I felt that all ingredients were combined. I then spread the bag's contents on a cookie sheet and placed it in a 425 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes. They were delicious!
