Hi. I'm brand new here. I have so little experience cooking but am to the point where I really need to be trying to get better in the kitchen. I do have a question.
I'm trying to make a pork roast in the crock pot. This will be a pork shoulder with some carrots and potatoes and such. The thing is that the recipe suggests that I trim the fat off the roast. I've never done that before. What's a way to trim the fat of this roast? Is it necessary? Thanks.
