Yum, I love a good grill cheese sandwich. I just made some for my daughter and I today for lunch. Good honey wheat bread, butter and some slices of medium cheddar cheese. Usually, we use good American cheese slices and yes, some miniature marshmallows. Grill cheese with marshmallow sandwiches are so good! It's a family thing. It's how my grandfather got my grandmother to go out with him over sixty years ago.
