That's what I was thinking. I remember that happening when I was first
married, about thirty years ago.

This may be a little bit like locking the barn door after the horse is
stolen, but, maybe leaving the cake and bread in the pans over night was the
problem.  Most recipes say to cool ten minutes then remove from pan.  The
condensation of moisture from cooling may have caused them to stick even
though the pans were adequately buttered.

You might be able to salvage the bundt cake by mixing the crumbled cake with
pudding and whipped cream if you have them and putting it in a 9 by 13 pan.
