Crockpot Barbecued Beef Sandwiches 02
1 (3 pound) beef roast
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon instant beef bouillon granules
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Hamburger buns
Rub flour into roast. Place into crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover.
Cook on low for 14 to 16 hours. Serve on buns.
