Meat, Poultry And Fish
Herb Marinated Grouper
10 ounces skinless grouper
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 green onion, sliced
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
Put fish in a single layer in large baking dish. Combine all other
ingredients. Pour over fish, turning fish to coat. Cover. Chill in
refrigerator
for 5 hours, turning occasionally. Drain fish, reserve liquid. Broil fish on

greased rack, basting with marinade. Allow 5 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness

until tender.
Yield: 2 servings.

The Best Of Cooking With Three Ingredients:
Main Dishes
Spanish Meat Loaf
1 pound ground beef
1 (16 ounce) can Spanish rice, drained
1 egg, beaten
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at

 350 degrees for 1 hour. Drain off excess liquid.
Optional:
You may add 1 small chopped onion before baking.

Snacks Around The Clock
Beef Egg Sandwich
1/4 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons water
4 hamburger buns, split and buttered
Cook and stir meat, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper until meat is
brown and onion is tender. Blend eggs and water; pour over meat mixture.
Cook
over low heat just until eggs are set. Lift cooked portions with spatula;
turn  to cook eggs evenly. Serve in buns.
Makes 4 sandwiches.
