I don't use any oil. The bacon grease is sufficient.

Remember too that bacon is better when fried instead of cooked, so if
possible it's better to have a bit of oil or grease in the pan. A grill
press also helps in cooking bacon as it heats from the top and also helps to
keep it from shrinking as much. You can find them at cooking supply stores
and they may have them at department stores too.

Put the bacon in a pan. Put a lid on the pan. Set the pan to medium and cook
for ten minutes.
