Hello Every one I have a question about cubed stead steak, how does one cook it? I was at a guide dog school, and one night for dinner they served cubed steak with o gratin potatoes, and peas II hope I spelled o gratin right well any way the steak was sooooooooo tender! And was wondering how they made it to be tender? It also had a gravy on it.
