We usually fry cubed steak here. Since I don't like hot grease, I have a
couple of recipes which I don't think involve any frying. I will see if I
can find them and post them.

I was at a guide dog school, and one night for dinner they served cubed
steak with o gratin potatoes, and peas
II hope I spelled o gratin right well any way the steak was sooooooooo
tender!
And was wondering how they made it to be tender?
It also had a gravy on it.
