Looks like a really sturdy unit, and I think I'll really enjoy it, especially when it is over 100 degrees out this way and I can smoke stuff indoors. Of course, this is no good if you have in a big crowd of company, but for 1-2 folks, it is just fine!
Sandy Have you ever mixed different types of the smoking chips or flakes? The thing that surprises me is that you do not need to add water to where you put the smoking stuff! You don't soak the chips.
