Hi, Colleen.

I've only used a standard 12 cup Bundt Pan and a Rose mold Bundt, so can't comment on other sizes of pans, either.

I have a 1000 watt Sharp Microwave, and I can do a standard size Bundt cake in about six or seven minutes. I just love that.

Has anyone ever commented on the appearance of your cakes?

I guess I'm just paranoid about how things look since I'm the only blind person in the family who likes to bake and share, so I feel like things have to look extra well prepared before I feel comfortable taking them to a family outing.

Hi all,

I've done lots of cakes in my microwave. I like to use a bundt pan for this as it is attractive and makes for easier slicing. Depending on the type of cake, I sometimes make a simple glaze to drizzle over the cake once it has cooled.
