Ok so what exactly is a jelly roll pan? What's the difference between that and a glass casserole dish or cake pan? Also, the Brownies I made stuck to the pan even though a greased it well. What's the best way to prevent this from happening? Thankfully, my kids love scraping the baking dish with a spoon. LOL
