Title: Waffles (Bisquik Recipe)

Servings: 6
2 c Bisquik
1 1/3 c Milk
2 tb Oil - corn, canola, or other mild flavored oil
1 md egg
Mix all ingredients together. Heat waffle iron until it clicks. Pour 2/3 cup
of batter in center of iron and close the iron for 2 minutes. Remove waffle,
butter, and cover in syrup for traditional waffles or put toppings on waffle
for fruit topped waffle.
Variations: chopped ham, cheese, crumbled bacon, and other things may be
added to the batter to make Dutch Pancake style waffles.
