I wonder how this would be if you deep fry them for, oh, I don't know, maybe 20 minutes at a temperature of 375 degrees? I'm just thinking out loud. I love deep fried thicken, and this might be good and fairly easy to do. I have one of those deep fryers that has 2 baskets side by side, and I might be able to fry 4 big pieces at once. Six drumsticks at a time might also be possible if I deep fry them for about 16 to 18 minutes. Again, this is all just thinking as I type. Any thoughts?

Ranch Chicken
Easy recipe

boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb)
1/4
cup ranch dressing
1/3
cup Progresso® dry bread crumbs (any flavor)

tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

Dip chicken into dressing, then coat with bread crumbs.
In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high
heat. Cook chicken in oil 12 to 15 minutes,
turning once, until outside is golden brown and
juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.

Makes 4 servings
